PADDLE THE QUIET SIDE®
Our experienced in-house guides will take you into the beauty and peacefulness of the 1.1 million acre protected Boundary Waters Canoe Area for a fabulous full day of Minnesota fishing. Our Paddle the Quiet Side day trips will get you into the less used, more tranquil areas of the Boundary Waters. You will immerse yourself into nature to a greater degree while fishing from a canoe. So, for a day, give up the boat and motor, and try canoeing. You will love the new experience and it is one of the many reasons to select River Point as your vacation destination.
Minnesota walleye, northern pike, crappies, small mouth… catch and release, or catch them and the guide will “cook em’ up.” Yummy…

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Canoe(s), life jackets, paddles, bait, van transport to and from the BWCA entry point, and BWCA style lunch with the guide filleting the fresh caught fish and cooking them to perfection over a campfire. Guides are expert fisherpersons, congenial, and talented with many years of experience paddling the Boundary Waters. Prior to the start of the trip the guide will share maps to acclimate you to the day’s itinerary in our River Point Outfitting Co. Headquarters.

- Fishing license, transport van/gas surcharge fee to/from entry & exit points, tax, 6% resort fee, and guide gratuity are additional
- Guide gratuity is discretionary and encouraged
- BWCAW rules are USFS rules: maximum group size with guide is 9 persons and 4 canoes. No cans or glass bottles allowed
- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Non-River Point Guest Rate: add 15% to rates indicated
